It has been quite a while since my last blog post… like 6 months. It has also been a while since I have done an outdoor field session.

To bring you up-to-date in January our family planned on moving to Missouri. We sold our house (which included my backyard studio) and were preparing for our move. Then Covid hit and like everyone else our world was quickly altered. We are now staying in Mississippi (Yay!) and looking for a new home (hopefully one with a studio space). Until then I am doing a handful of outdoor or in-home lifestyle photo sessions.

This sweet session was actually a make-up session from February. Between sickness, schedule conflicts and Covid, last week was the first time we were able to get together. I am so glad we waited – I absolutely LOVE this late afternoon session in the field. There is nothing like that golden sun shining down on your shoulders.
